LAVIE launches a new range: say goodbye to PFAS and heavy metals

LAVIE expands its product range to meet the diverse needs of its users in water filtration. Now, in addition to the UV-A water purifiers that have built LAVIE’s reputation, we offer a pre-filtration solution: Opropre Turquoise. These two technologies provide a comprehensive solution to eliminate a wide range of contaminants and achieve perfectly pure water.

Why these new filters?

At LAVIE, our mission is to offer water purification solutions that meet the varied and evolving needs of our customers. While our UV-A water purifiers ensure complete microbiological disinfection and help improve the taste of water by reducing chlorine and its derivatives by over 90%, we wanted to go further by launching the Opropre filters.

At the time we developed our UV-A purification technology, PFAS, microplastics, and nanoplastics were not yet common measurement topics in the field of drinking water. That is why we developed the Opropre Turquoise filters, which use coconut shell activated carbon and a specialized resin to capture these particles before they pass through the UV-A purifier.
