Product under warranty
The repair is covered at our expense for the 2-year warranty period, except in cases of improper use of the product.
After diagnosis, if your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a refurbished model free of charge.
Please contact customer service at contact@lavie.bio to have your product repaired under warranty.
Product out of warranty
If your 2-year warranty has expired, you can opt for our repair package below.
After payment, send your device without the bottle, with the power supply, to the following address:

Please include your postal details and a phone number in the package.
Please also protect the power supply so that it does not touch the internal LEDs (risk of damage).
