Une pollution diffuse et silencieuse qui soul\u00e8ve de s\u00e9rieuses inqui\u00e9tudes sanitaires.<\/p><p>Mais le v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans leur reconnaissance. Une <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inee.cnrs.fr\/fr\/cnrsinfo\/la-majorite-des-microplastiques-dans-leau-potable-sont-invisibles-aux-methodologies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude du CNRS<\/a><\/span> r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 98 % des microplastiques dans l\u2019eau potable mesurent moins de 20 microm\u00e8tres. Des particules si fines qu\u2019elles \u00e9chappent aux m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9tection actuelles en France, laissant penser que leur pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9elle et leurs effets sur la sant\u00e9 sont largement sous-estim\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Face \u00e0 cette contamination, de plus en plus de consommateurs se tournent donc vers les <strong>carafes filtrantes pour purifier leur eau du robinet<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Mais ces carafes filtrantes sont-elles vraiment capables de retenir les microplastiques, ou s\u2019agit-il d\u2019une fausse bonne id\u00e9e\u2009? Et surtout, quelle est la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lavie.bio\/fr\/blog\/comparatif-carafe-filtrante\/\">meilleure carafe filtrante<\/a><\/span> et la plus efficace ?\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35add4fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"35add4fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quels sont les dangers des microplastiques pour notre sant\u00e9\u2009?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52b6778c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52b6778c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les microplastiques sont de minuscules fragments de plastique, inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 5 millim\u00e8tres, invisibles \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu. Issus de la d\u00e9gradation des emballages, des bouteilles, des textiles synth\u00e9tiques et de certains proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels, ils sont partout dans l\u2019environnement.<\/p><p>Pr\u00e9sents dans les rivi\u00e8res, les nappes phr\u00e9atiques et les r\u00e9seaux de distribution, ils contaminent massivement l\u2019eau du robinet.<\/p><p>Et m\u00eame s\u2019il y a un contr\u00f4le tr\u00e8s strict en France, le parcours de l\u2019eau aggrave cette pollution. Les r\u00e9servoirs, les canalisations et certaines \u00e9tapes de traitement et de filtration lib\u00e8rent des particules chimiques suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p><p>Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est une fois qu\u2019ils entrent dans notre organisme\u2009! Ing\u00e9r\u00e9s ou inhal\u00e9s, les contaminants ne sont pas \u00e9limin\u00e9s. Au contraire, les recherches montrent qu\u2019<strong>ils s\u2019accumulent progressivement dans le corps<\/strong>, en passant par la circulation sanguine pour se fixer dans les organes comme le foie, les reins et m\u00eame le cerveau.<\/p><p>Malheureusement, ce n\u2019est pas sans effet. La pr\u00e9sence de microplastiques est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des r\u00e9actions inflammatoires chroniques, \u00e0 du stress oxydatif et \u00e0 des perturbations du syst\u00e8me immunitaire et hormonal.<\/p><p>Certaines donn\u00e9es scientifiques indiquent \u00e9galement que les microplastiques et les nanoplastiques (d\u2019une taille inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 un micron) franchissent la barri\u00e8re h\u00e9mato-enc\u00e9phalique, cens\u00e9e prot\u00e9ger le cerveau des substances toxiques. Une <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11010-025-05428-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry<\/a><\/span> met notamment en \u00e9vidence des liens possibles entre l\u2019exposition \u00e0 ces particules et le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement de maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives comme Alzheimer ou Parkinson.<\/strong><\/p><p>La recherche reste cependant prudente, mais les faits sont l\u00e0 : la consommation des microplastiques n\u2019est pas anodine. Face \u00e0 une telle pollution, limiter leur ingestion devient un enjeu majeur pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>Mais par quel processus\u2009?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37b3377 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"37b3377\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Carafes filtrantes : une vraie solution contre les microplastiques\u2009?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-144a5d90 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"144a5d90\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les carafes filtrantes classiques, majoritairement en plastique (Brita, Philips, Aarke, Amazon\u2026), s\u00e9duisent par leur simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et leur prix accessible. Leur promesse : un processus qui am\u00e9liore le go\u00fbt et l\u2019odeur de l\u2019eau du robinet tout en r\u00e9duisant le chlore et certains polluants.<\/p><p>Comment\u2009? Leur fonctionnement repose sur des cartouches compos\u00e9es de charbon actif et de r\u00e9sines \u00e9changeuses d\u2019ions, \u00e0 travers lesquelles l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9coule.<\/p><p>Mais ce syst\u00e8me montre rapidement ses limites. La finesse de filtration est insuffisante pour retenir durablement les microplastiques et les nanoplastiques.<\/p><p>Ce n\u2019est pas tout\u2009! En plus de ce manque d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, les carafes filtrantes classiques pr\u00e9sentent d\u2019autres inconv\u00e9nients :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Lib\u00e9ration de fragments de plastiques<\/strong> et de produits ind\u00e9sirables, li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019usure des mat\u00e9riaux et des cartouches.<\/li><li><strong>Risque de nid \u00e0 bact\u00e9ries<\/strong> : sans chlore, l\u2019eau devient plus vuln\u00e9rable au d\u00e9veloppement des microbes.<\/li><li><strong>Alt\u00e9ration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau<\/strong>, avec un appauvrissement en min\u00e9raux essentiels. L\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e ne correspond plus alors aux recommandations de l\u2019OMS.<\/li><li><strong>Impact \u00e9cologique important<\/strong>, \u00e0 cause du remplacement fr\u00e9quent de cartouches et des filtres jetables toutes les 3 \u00e0 5 semaines.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Si les carafes filtrantes ont la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le go\u00fbt et l\u2019odeur, elles ne sont pas une solution fiable pour purifier l\u2019eau des microplastiques et des autres polluants.
